Step 1: Download the zip file PowerLogPreInstall.zip and run the PowerlogPreIntall.exe it contains. This tool gathers Host_Name and COMPOSITE details from your computer, and posts them to the screen in a file named
PowerlogPreInstallOutput.txt. These details are required to generate your
license file.

Step 2: Fill out the form below. Be sure to enter the Host_Name and COMPOSITE information gathered in Step 1. After you have succcessfully submitted the form, delete the PowerlogPreInstall zip file, executable, and output text file.

POWERLOG 3.1 EVALUATION AGREEMENT IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE: This license agreement is a legal agreement between you and Fugro-Jason Inc., 6100 Hillcroft, Suite 200, Houston, Texas 77081 (LICENSOR) for this PowerLog software, which includes computer software, the data supplied with it, and if applicable, the associated media, printed materials and documentation. BY TICKING ON THE “I ACCEPT…” CHECKBOX BELOW AND INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EVALUATION AGREEMENT, WHICH WILL BIND YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, WE ARE UNWILLING TO LICENSE THE SOFTWARE TO YOU AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE, YOU MUST RETURN THE MEDIA ON WHICH THE SOFTWARE IS STORED AND ALL ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION PROMPTLY TO THE FUGRO BUSINESS MANAGER WHO PROVIDED THE SOFTWARE. 1 Definitions “Confidential Information” means any confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information, reasonably to be understood as Confidential Information disclosed by LICENSOR to CUSTOMER. “CUSTOMER” means only the legal entity listed below, who has concluded this Agreement with LICENSOR. “Intellectual Property Rights” means patents, copyrights, registered and unregistered design rights, trademarks; trade secrets, know how, database rights and all other similar or corresponding rights (whether registered or unregistered) and all applications for the same, whether under US, foreign or international law. "Licensed Material" means any and all User manuals and other documentation for the Licensed Software. "Licensed Product" means Licensed Software and Licensed Material. “Licensed Software” means the PowerLog software. “Usage and Use” means the invocation of any component of a Module of the Licensed Software as a process on the computer and “User” the person who has invoked that process. “Use” does not include modifying the Licensed Software in any way, reverse assembling, compiling, or engineering, or any such utilization of the Licensed Software that is prohibited under the Agreement. 2 Software License LICENSOR hereby grants to CUSTOMER, and CUSTOMER accepts, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary evaluation license (“License”) to Use the Licensed Product solely and exclusively for the purpose of evaluation in accordance with this Agreement. The License prohibits Use of the Licensed Software to provide services to third parties. CUSTOMER may Use the Licensed Software only on the LAN located at the address as specified below. The Host as specified below must be located on the same LAN where the License Key is installed. CUSTOMER is prohibited from using the Licensed Software through remote access to the Host from any other location. 3 Term and Termination This Agreement shall come into force on the date the license key is sent to CUSTOMER and shall continue for a period of 30 days unless terminated earlier. LICENSOR may, without prejudice to its other rights or remedies, terminate this Agreement immediately by written notice if CUSTOMER is in breach of any of its obligations under this Agreement. Upon termination or expiration of the License the CUSTOMER shall immediately cease Use of the Licensed Product and the data supplied with it, and return or destroy Licensed Product and the data supplied with it at LICENSOR’s option. 4 Proprietary Rights LICENSOR shall retain all Intellectual Property Rights in the Licensed Products and the (material) ownership of the data media of the Licensed Software. CUSTOMER accepts and agrees that LICENSOR is the sole and exclusive owner of, or has the right to license, Licensed Product. No title to or ownership of Licensed Product or Intellectual Property Right relating to the Licensed Product is transferred to CUSTOMER. LICENSOR shall be entitled to temporary or permanent injunctive relief in addition to any other available relief in any proceeding brought by LICENSOR to enforce the provisions of this Article 4. 5 Limitation of liability CUSTOMER acknowledges and agrees that LICENSOR shall not be liable for consequential, special, incidental, or exemplary damages arising out of, pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or any other similar financial loss or loss of goodwill which may be caused by, directly or indirectly, the Licensed Products, independent of whether CUSTOMER provides notice to LICENSOR of such potential damage or loss. The liability of LICENSOR in respect of a breach of contract regarding the performance or delivery of the Licensed Products is limited to re-delivery of the Licensed Products. CUSTOMER agrees to indemnify, defend and hold LICENSOR harmless against any and all damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to, based on or arising out of CUSTOMER’S authorized or unauthorized Use, disclosure or modification of Licensed Products. 6 Confidentiality CUSTOMER acknowledges that the Confidential Information, including but not limited to the Licensed Product, is of business value to LICENSOR and is disclosed to CUSTOMER on a confidential basis. CUSTOMER will receive and hold in complete confidence all Confidential Information. Confidential Information includes training data that are the property of STONE ENERGY CORPORATION. CUSTOMER will not use any of the Confidential Information, except to the extent necessary for the evaluation of the Licensed Product. The CUSTOMER further warrants that the Confidential Information shall be kept in secure places, under access and use restrictions not less than used by the CUSTOMER itself to protect its own confidential information. LICENSOR shall be entitled to temporary or permanent injunctive relief in addition to any other available relief in any proceeding brought by LICENSOR to enforce the provisions of this Article 6. 7 Warranty The Licensed Software is provided “as is” and LICENSOR does not warrant that the functions contained in Licensed Software will meet CUSTOMER’s requirements or will operate in the combinations which CUSTOMER selects for Use, or that the operation of Licensed Software will be uninterrupted or error free or that all defects will be corrected. The Licensed Products may contain external software. LICENSOR does not warrant the form or the content of external software or related documentation, which LICENSOR provides “as is”. LICENSOR hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions, express and implied, including warranties of title and non-infringement, and implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and all liability for damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental and consequential damages, such as lost profits, relating to the external software. 8 Governing Law The License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be exclusively submitted to the appropriate court(s) in Harris County, Texas.
