Sibneft-Noyabryskneftgas OAO has awarded Fugro-Jason a multi-million dollar contract to perform an integrated field study on the Vyngayakinskoe field in Siberia. Sibneft-Noyabryskneftgas, located in Noyabrysk in Western Siberia, is the largest producing unit of Sibneft.
