Carbonate Ad

This ad shows carbonates that are so tight that a frac is required to flow. The customer was drilling on a spacing determined by the effective radius of that frac. They could not determine the porosity distribution so were just drilling on a grid. With RockMod®, Fugro-Jason was able to give them a detailed porosity map so they could target specific high porosity locations. All wells drilled since the RockMod analysis have been successful wells in terms of finding higher porosity zones in the reservoir.
